I recently became a patient of Dr. Lababidi and must admit I was skeptical to enter pain management. Pain management always seemed like the grown up thing to do. I never imagined sitting in that waiting room at 24. Nevertheless, the day I met Dr. Lababidi I immediately I felt it was going to be different than any other doctor appointment. He actually listened to me. I haven’t met a doctor who understood my suffering, let alone listened thoroughly to me without looking away or leaving the room for unreasonable amounts of time. And for this I couldn’t be more grateful. I would just like to note how lucky I am to have a doctor that actually listens, sympathizes and most importantly understands me.
I love the staff here, from the friendly receptionists, to the assistants, to the doctors. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. They are sensitive to my needs to manage my pain. I have never had a bad experience here, which is something that needs to be recognized.
I moved from Las Vegas to Medina after visiting and meeting with a pain specialist who offered me hope through a management plan not available in Nevada. I immediately connected with Dr. Labididi and have successfully begun a partnership based on trust and hard work. I was thrilled with the staff and love Dr Louwers! First doctor that actually understood me and my back pain! He asked questions that other doctors never asked! I had an ablation to my back and after a few days, the pain was gone! I had the best summer in over 10 years! I could walk with no pain. I worked in my garden and could get up and down easily! This is the longest I have been pain free since my injury!
Dr. Lababidi and his staff also helped me learn to cope better with the medicines I was on with degenerative joint disease, which I had already had for many many years and had many successful surgeries for. Dr. Lababidi and staff taught me that everyday counts and to get the most out of every single day. I even started traveling to see my son way across the country and my brother in another country again. This is the best pain management group.
Dr Louwers addressed my lower back pain with two different modalities. Neither one was perfect but when used together with proper core strengthening and stretching, I am able to return to most of sports I enjoy to stay active. I appreciate him listening to my needs as a patient and my desire to continue an active lifestyle. If you need someone who understands active people, he is your guy.
